When your item is shipped you will receive an email with a tracking number. Projected arrival times are estimates as we do not have control over postal services. However, we will do our best to assist if a package is delayed.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Muse Creations by Ash cannot be held responsible or liable for any packages once they have been shipped. Unfortunately, refunds are not available for package theft or if the item is lost in the mail. However, we will do our best from the start to work with you to ensure an overall great shopping experience.
Incorrect Address/Address Change Requests
Any orders including misspelled names and/or incorrect shipping addresses due to client's error will not be refunded once shipped. Replacements can be purchased for full price.
Please ensure your address is correct during checkout. We are unable to change the shipping address once you have placed your order as a protective policy. If you need to change the address please send us a message within 1 hour of purchase.
