Cancellations

Cancellations of an order are accepted within 1 hour of purchase.

Damaged Items

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please ensure that you have take photos/videos of the damage to the shipping packaging as well as the damaged or defective item.

You have 5 days after receiving your order to let us know of any damages or defects.

Returns & Refunds

Due to the custom nature of our products, returns are not accepted.

If a refund is approved, you will be automatically refunded (total or partial) to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
